BACKGROUND

Growing up in the beautiful hill country of Austin, Texas gave me a deep passion for film, music, and all cultures. It’s no wonder that most of my best childhood memories were filled with a combination of catching black and white Tokusatsu films at the Alamo Drafthouse, attending the Austin City Limits music festival, or meeting amazingly diverse people from various backgrounds and careers; dreaming about the day I would be old enough to travel and explore the world.

I eventually left my hometown on that journey, and found myself in Los Angeles. My first home away from home was in Pasadena and it was there that I began working in the film industry, my photography work in high school and my attachment to cinema helping me make my transition.

I spent over eight years in the commercial world working with many big brand clients and helping to bring their campaigns to life. I enjoyed my work, but saw a desire to find something more sink in. The pandemic hit, helping many realize the importance of certain aspects in life and it did the same for me. I watched my mom and friends pursue realty and knew right that it was something I was interested in.

Homes have always been sentimental to me, the meaning of a home always special. We all want to feel safe, understood, and secure. After moving around Los Angeles, falling in love, forming a family (even if it is a fur baby) and finding a wonderful place to live, I knew I found a home as an adult and I wanted to help others do the same.

The name Cosmic Living comes from just that. A blend of my inner-geek and love for Sci-Fi alongside an insatiable drive to live “cosmically”. Whether that means to live futuristically in a technological age, to strive for a green lifestyle, to be inclusive and welcoming of all and everything, or even to voyage to places one has never seen, I wanted a name that told clients that I wanted to help them tap into their need for something more.

I really hope I can help you on your journey! Along the way feel free to strike up a conversation about non-realty related topics. I enjoy talking about sports (college, international, and even e-sports). Did you catch an amazing show recently? Find a new favorite band or Broadway album you can’t get enough of? Where was your latest trip to? How about a TV show you binged over the weekend? My fiancé loves new show recommendations! Do know that when communicating and working with me there is always a deeply rooted want to connect and understand each and every person. Don’t be shy and reach out to even just reach to say, “hello!” Not every conversation has to be about business, sometimes we just want to meet likeminded people in a big city. I want to hear about all the journeying you have done that has brought you to Southern California!

I also won’t say no to seeing an adorable picture/video of your furry, aquatic, or reptilian loved ones!
